Shipping Policy

Order Processing:
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a notification once your order is shipped.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time:

  • Standard Delivery: 2–5 business days within Saudi Arabia.

  • Express Delivery: 1–3 business days (available at checkout).

Shipping Charges:

  • Standard shipping is free for orders above SAR 200.

  • Orders below SAR 200 incur a flat shipping fee of SAR 25.

  • Express delivery charges are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS to monitor your package.

International Shipping:
Currently, we ship only within Saudi Arabia. International shipping may be added in the future.

Shipping Restrictions:
We do not deliver to P.O. boxes. Please ensure your address is complete and accurate to avoid delays.

Lost or Damaged Items:
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our customer support within 7 days of delivery. We will either replace the item or issue a refund after verification.

  • Delivery times may vary during holidays or high-demand periods.

  • Orders may be subject to customs fees or additional charges if shipped internationally in the future.
